There seems to be a thousand things that we need to do or to remember in order to improve ourselves, or improve our lives. A thousand different directions we can grow into. So it is easy to feel overwhelmed, lost or demotivated.
I know I have felt like this many times in my own journey of personal and spiritual growth.
After much frustration, I realized that the best way is to break down these huge challenges into smaller chunks, and tackle them one at a time. And that is the framework that I have put into use in these Weekly Challenges.
Week after week, you are presented with a short wisdom quote, reflection, and personal growth exercise. Every week there is only one thing for you to remember, and to put into practice above all else. Like this, step by step, your personality and your life is uplifted.
I have also included a screenshot for each week. This is an inspiring image, with a short quote or reminder on it, to bring you back to your task multiple times a week.
My advice is: save the image for the week as your phone's wallpaper. Like this you will be consistently exposed to that practice, and it will more naturally become part of your life.
